Subscription Enrollment

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to enroll in a recurring subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the selected delivery interval until you cancel.

Subscription pricing, shipping terms, and billing frequency are clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

Changes must be completed before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

Cancellation Timing (Important)

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellations must be submitted before the order is processed or marked as fulfilled.

Requests made after this cutoff may apply to the following billing cycle.

Billing & Order Processing

Each subscription renewal is treated as a new order.

Once a subscription order has been billed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

All processed charges are final.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Subscription orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping Policy.

An order marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully fulfilled and is not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.

Failed or Missed Cancellations

We are not responsible for charges incurred due to:

  • Failure to cancel before the billing cutoff

  • Failure to manage subscription settings

  • Account access issues

  • Incorrect or outdated contact information

Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to:

  • Actively manage your subscription through your account

  • Contact our support team before initiating a chargeback

We submit subscription consent records, billing authorization, order history, and delivery confirmation to payment processors to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks.
